I don't just ask what AI can do — I help teams build AI products that are commercially sharp, ethically sound, and strategically inevitable. - Creator of practical frameworks (EAR, APP, PACE) that bridge deep thinking with real execution. 2K+ community built 4+ original frameworks adopted Weekly conversations on responsible AI
I’m Paschal Obidi (known as Max Onboarder), an AI Product Lead with a background in Philosophy and practical product management.
I hold two First Class degrees in Philosophy — from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka and Urbaniana University, Rome — and I am an IBM Certified Product Manager. That combination is not accidental. It is the foundation of everything I build.
Most AI product leaders ask "what can this do?" I also ask "what should it do, and for whom?" That second question — the ethical one, the philosophical one — is increasingly the most important question in product. And it's the one most teams skip.
I have built communities from zero, authored original frameworks, shipped PRDs, hosted live AI philosophy spaces, and founded Nigeria's dedicated Cardano ecosystem. I operate at the intersection of AI strategy, product execution, and ethical governance.
"Blockchain is the engine, not the story — technology must be invisible; impact must be visible."

A privacy-preserving AI training data marketplace built on smart contracts. Individuals and startups contribute, license, and monetize their data to AI companies — on their own terms.
These are not borrowed methodologies. They are frameworks I built, named, and published — each emerging from a real product challenge or philosophical inquiry. All IP attributed to Paschal Obidi.
I am not building toward a Chief AI Officer role because it is a prestigious title. I am building toward it because it is the only role that requires everything I am: philosophical depth, product execution, ethical judgment, and strategic vision.
Most AI leaders have one or two of these. Very few have all four. The organizations that will win the next decade of AI won't be the ones who deploy the most models — they will be the ones who deploy them wisely, ethically, and with a clear answer to the question: why?
The CAIO role is not yet standardized. Most organizations don't know what they need from it yet. That ambiguity is not a problem for me — it is an opportunity to define the role from first principles. Which is exactly how I approach every product challenge I encounter.
"I don't just ask what AI can do. I ask what it should do, and why. That second question is increasingly the most important one in product."
